Since our founder is a coach, we are able to provide companies with a set of different coaching methods and training. It is an excellent skill that can be used to enhance growth and performance, as well as promote individual responsibility and accountability.
Performance coaching is an ongoing process that helps build and maintain effective employee and supervisory relationships. It helps identify an employee’s growth, as well as help plan and develop new skills.
We aim to take coaches from competence to mastery.
Performance coaching will take people who are already capable of doing their job and help them turn the dial – going, in the words of Jim Collins, from good to great.
The added bonus will be that the engaged employees are less likely to leave the organization.
