The last two years have encouraged thinking about the skills that are essential for success in business. The Corona virus pandemic has changed the way we live, think and work in just two years. Due to restrictive measures, many turned to learning and improving various skills. But regardless of the pandemic in the last decade, there is a lot of talk about concerns about the lack of manpower with new skills.

Research shows that as many as 50 percent of all employees in the world will have to go through a certain type of training by 2025 in order to adapt to technological development.

If the situation we all find ourselves in has taught us anything, it is that it is important to develop knowledge and skills in order to adapt as easily as possible to the current or some future situation. So it may be better to talk about the skills of the future, rather than the jobs of the future.
